Do “We” Value Liberty?

Until 2008, no case directly questioning the qualification of a presidential contender had ever been filed or heard, and for quite obvious reasons. Before 2008 the parties promoting presidential contenders, the Congress, and state secretaries had always followed and upheld the “Emerich deVattel” concept of the Natural born so there was no need for court hearings.

Swiss philosopher Emer de Vattel, whose work The Law of Nations heavily influenced our Founding Fathers, believed that a nation’s leader could only be truly legitimate if born to parents who were themselves natural-born citizens. Why? Because divided loyalties breed divided nations. A child born to even one foreign parent could be shaped by ideologies, cultures, or loyalties that stand at odds with American values—and that’s a dangerous gamble for a constitutional republic built on unity and self-governance.

Case in point: Barack Obama, who openly declared he would “fundamentally change America.” And he did. But not in the direction the Founders had in mind. Vattel’s warning wasn’t theoretical—it was prophetic. When the highest office in the land becomes a vehicle for reengineering the nation, rather than preserving its founding principles, we lose the America we were meant to defend because “We the people” no longer Value Liberty.

It was after reading a piece in The Guardian by Jonathan Freedland, who practically swooned over Barack Obama’s political “coming out” on the global stage—in Berlin, of all places.

Freedland gushed that Obama’s speech was “a summer gathering of peace, love, and loathing of George Bush.” He noted how this junior senator from Illinois—who hadn’t yet been elected to anything beyond a state office—shut down a major Berlin boulevard and drew tens of thousands to hear him spin dreams of hope. Not for America. No, this time it was for “the whole world.”

If that doesn’t raise an eyebrow, your eyelids are probably welded shut.

I believe that moment—Obama’s debut as “the one” on the world stage—was the moment America exited onto the fast lane toward cultural Marxism and global socialism. It was the start of a managed decline. And it all began with a lie that most Americans were too afraid—or too ashamed—to question.

The Document That Was Never Meant To Be Seen

Long before Biden started swinging his hammer toward the coffin of the Republic, we were already watching the hinges come loose under Obama. One of the earliest red flags? His birth certificate.

No, I’m not just rehashing the “birther” argument—I’m talking about facts and file types.

See, there wasn’t just one certificate. There were two. First, the “short form” that looked like it was slapped together by a kid using an old typewriter and some Wite-Out. Then came the infamous “long-form birth certificate,” uploaded to the official White House website (FYI: you can no longer download it, imagine that!).

Let me say that again: The White House uploaded a downloadable, editable file that allegedly verified the birthplace of the President of the United States. That’s not just suspicious—it’s unthinkable.

Anyone with basic graphic design knowledge and Adobe Illustrator (like myself) could open the PDF and see what the mainstream media refused to touch:

It wasn’t a flattened image (like a JPEG).
It was a layered document (a PDF).
And it had been manipulated. Clearly. Sloppily. Forged.

Think of it this way: when you send someone a paycheck stub or a pink slip, you’re not sending them a working file with editable fields—you’re sending a fixed copy. A scanned JPEG. A screenshot. Something permanent.

But this? This was a file built in layers: background image, boxes, fields, text—each on their own editable layer. It’s the kind of format you’d use if you were building a fake document from scratch. The kicker? They forgot—or didn’t know—to “flatten” the file before publishing. Rookie move.

Even a blind man could see the inconsistencies—unless he worked for CNN.

Smoke, Fire And The Silence Of The Lambs

Now, can I prove Obama was born in Kenya? No. But here’s what I can prove: his long-form birth certificate was uploaded in a format that allowed anyone to edit it. That alone disqualifies it as a credible, verifiable document.

In a just nation, something that important would’ve been sealed, authenticated, and legally verified by neutral authorities—not posted as a modifiable PDF for public download. And yet, when people raised questions, they were ridiculed, dismissed, and labeled as “birthers,” conspiracy theorists, or worse.

But we weren’t the crazy ones—we just had eyes to see.

The truth is, there is no valid reason why anyone—let alone a random graphic designer—should’ve been able to open the official document of the President’s birthplace and move the pieces around like a Mr. Potato Head. And yet, that’s exactly what happened.

And not only did no one go to jail for it, most Americans, Left and Right didn’t even raise an eyebrow, and anyone who dared were vilified as “Birthers” for it.

From Berlin To TheThe Basement : A Nation In Decline

Obama’s rise wasn’t just political—it was symbolic. That Berlin rally wasn’t about hope. It was about handover—of our sovereignty, our pride, and our discernment.

Which brings me to the photograph.

Yevgeny Khaldei’s iconic image of the Soviet flag raised above the Reichstag was meant to mark the end of fascism. But today, that same image speaks to something else: the slow surrender of the American spirit. Not to tanks and boots, but to bureaucracy, apathy, and propaganda.

In my version of that photo, it’s not a Soviet soldier raising the flag over Berlin—it’s a progressive elite hoisting it over D.C., grinning as they whisper, “You gave up the greatest nation in history without even a fight.”

I pray I’m wrong. But if I’m right?

-He spoke these words at an Islamic dinner – “I am one of you.”
and on ABC News referenced to – “My Muslim faith.”

-He gave $100 million in U.S. taxpayer funds to re-build foreign mosques.

-He said that in the event of a conflict- “I will stand with the Muslims”, and assured the Egyptian Foreign Minister that – “I am a Muslim.”

-He sat for 20 years in a Liberation Theology Church condemning America and professing Marxism.

-He exempted Muslims from penalties under Obamacare that the rest of us have to pay.

-He purposefully omitted – “endowed by our Creator ” – from your recitation of The Declaration Of Independence.

-He mocked the Bible and Jesus Christ’s Sermon On The Mount while repeatedly referring to the “’HOLY’ Qur’an.)
